Last March or April a friend and I committed to working out and losing a few pounds.
My choice was to use the P90X workout schedule. I also walked a lot and tried to tighten up my diet. I was pretty consistent. But I did have my moments of suspect eating!
So does P90X work?
So the first pic is from April of last year. The second one is from December. Nothing Earth shattering but I do feel as though there are some positive changes.
I don’t think I have done a P90X workout since December!
Until this morning. Felt pretty good and fairly strong. That being said. I have a a way to go to even get back to my December photo status.
My current job is quite physical but the truth is I need to get back to the P90X workout schedule. Combine this with a ketogenic diet, biking and walking and I should be back on track.
