There are various benefits to minimalist living. It is different for everyone as each person has there own version what minimalist living looks like.

There is no right or wrong way to do minimalist living. Hell lately I have thinking that I really not a very good minimalist at all and I will be posting specifically on that point in a few days.

One of the best parts of minimalist living for me is to just be able to take a day and wander. To stroll and enjoy what the day has offer.

Today was one of those days. It is Thanksgiving here in Canada so a day off for most people.

In the wonderful seaside Town of Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia, there is an annual scarecrow festival where home and business owners put out there own scarecrows and some of the creativity is downright amazing.

So we wandered through Mahone Bay for an hour or so and enjoyed the wonderful fall weather and of course the scarecrows.

Hope you enjoy them as much as we did!

There were so many more scarecrows to take in. If you ever find yourself in Nova Scotia at this time of year try to make it to the south shore and the Mahone Bay Scarecrow Festival. You will enjoy it!
