    1. Yes and no. I had made my mind up that this was it for me. This was GOING to work. That being said I was doing some High Intensity Cardio so I was losing a lot of salt and electrolytes. Once I figured that out and upped my salt intake it was pretty good. Plus seeing the results every week was very motivating.
